1:1s in Team Compass is the way to directly communicate with your team manager. They are private and meant for personal feedback, appraisals or a playground for Q&As.
In addition to work-related chats with your manager, it is also a place where you can store your private notes that nobody but you will be able to see. A private note can be distinguished from a regular message by a white area with dotted borders.
Regular messages can be turned into private notes by clicking on the 3 dots next to the messaging and choosing “Make private”
You can access the 1:1 chat with your manager from your personal dashboard down at the very end.
