About the Team

Weekdone is a private limited company established in the EU in 2009. In Weekdone, we are building a more productive workplace.

Using OKRs and weekly review, we vision a world where both managers and employees are more productive, happier, and have a clear way to communicate. Both for working the office and remotely.

Weekdone offers one of the top OKR tracking and employee performance management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. It is a hassle-free system for using OKRs, weekly reports, dashboard, and feedback. It makes life easier for managers and lets teams be more productive. Our goal is to be the single most used tool in any manager’s pocket.

Values & Culture Code

Excellence
  • We are the best experts in our field, accepting no mediocrity.
  • Always ask: is it the best I can do? Strive for perfection and being the best in the world.
  • Doing something well is hard, but it gives rewards. We happily do things that are hard to see great results.
  • There is always room to grow. To improve, we learn and educate ourselves daily on our own. It’s OK to allocate time for that during work.
  • We hire people better than us, to improve our collective IQ and learn from them.
  • At the end of the day, keep in mind: we’re happy people having fun times together.
  • We’re driven to achieve and are proud of the results. We also show them externally – up to winning prizes & awards.
Curiosity
  • Always try new things. Experiment.
  • Making mistakes is OK, that’s how we learn.
  • There is freedom to choose your own actions, then being responsible for their results.
  • With freedom comes individual responsibility.
  • We set no limits to what you can start or do, as long as the goals are well defined.
Focus
  • Focus on what’s important.
  • Choose your goals well.
  • Be productive. Individual efficiency is important.
  • Use the best time-management and productivity methods out there.
  • Happiness brings productivity. Productivity brings happiness.
Getting stuff done
  • Do no fake work.
  • There’s no slacking off.
  • We take no bullshit in any area.
  • Meetings suck. Keep them short and to the point. Whenever possible use better tools like Weekdone.
Streamlining
  • Each person is a startup of his/her own.
  • Everyone’s opinion matters.
  • No bureaucracy. No hierarchies. We are all equal.
  • Independent responsible people can choose a flexible work schedule and location, as long as things get done.
Clarity
  • KISS – keep it simple, stupid.
  • Less is more. Choose right.
  • Be good at saying no.
  • Strive for clarity.
  • Do not overcomplicate anything: product, processes, communications, how we work.
Personal touch
  • Our goal is to help our users succeed in life and at work.
  • Go the extra mile.
  • Offer more than you’re asked for.
  • Always surprise them positively with something.
  • Have time and patience for them.
  • Be mindful of every customer interaction. Put yourself in their shoes.
Design
  • Always delight. Do things that make customers, co-workers and yourself happy.
  • Little big details matter.
  • Nothing we do in product is half-assed – always strive for greatness.
  • Done is good, but perfect is better than done.
  • Be seen and awarded as an example to everyone else, as the best in design.
Ambition
  • Weekdone is an exciting venture.
  • There’s a clear purpose of improving other organizations, their teams and leadership.
  • When done right, it works like magic.
  • Strong growth vision: to be in the pocket of every leader and employee in the world.
  • Strong, successful and admired: like Apple, like best of the best.
  • We do what we believe in.
  • We know the future and show it to others.
Dogfooding
  • Believe in the value of our process.
  • Love our tools and use them daily.
  • Show positive examples to others.
  • Preach how we work, wherever we go or are.
