Quarterly Objectives in Team Compass are structured around the OKR methodology. OKR stands for Objectives & Key Results, where Objectives are the long term goals and Key Results are the measurable key elements that make up the goal.
Quarterly Objectives can be Personal, Team or Company items and can be any block of work that takes up to one quarter to complete. They can be linked together or be separate and all of them can have Key Results, Projects and Weekly Items linked to them for clarity in the workspace.

! Quarterly Objectives can be Personal, Team or Company items. Team and Company Objectives can be managed from corresponding views.
Quarterly Objectives can be accessed from your Personal dashboard by clicking on the Quarterly Objectives tab.
As previously mentioned, Objectives can have Key Results, Projects, Weekly Items and Comments under them. To access them, click on a specific Objective.
